ACE Master Trainers

ACE Train-the-Trainer

Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) are traumatic events that occur in a child’s life. Science shows the strong relationship between the bad things that happen as children and negative health and well-being as adults. By better understanding ACEs, what they are and how they can manifest themselves years later, communities can work to prevent future abuse and improve outcomes for South Carolina’s children and families. Children’s Trust is partnering with community leaders to provide trainings on ACEs:

ACE Interface® Content:

  • Neuroscience and Brain Development
  • The ACE Study and ACE Impact
  • ACE Prevention: Protective Systems and Resilience

We’ve streamlined content for this session in two parts over two days. The first session an overview of all the basic ACE Interface content, SC specific processes and resources. The second session is a group practice session where you will present and have the opportunity to ask questions. Download detailed overview.
