Aisha orchestrates and manages training sessions and events. She facilitates peer-to-peer learning and establishes connections between local implementing agencies, with a focus on enhancing performance measures outcomes, core competencies, staff engagement and program fidelity.
Prior to joining the organization, Aisha worked in various roles with a focus in human and social services. She believes that engaging with family is of critical importance. Aisha holds a bachelor’s degree in law and society and a master’s degree in counseling from Webster University.
