APRIL 1, 2024 – April is National Child Abuse Prevention Month.
Mayor Will Haynie is set to declare Mount Pleasant a “pinwheel city” this morning.
This is to bring awareness for child abuse prevention across the state of South Carolina.
It is in collaboration with the children’s trust of south Carolina and dee Norton child advocacy center.
