Bring the Strengthening Families Program to your community
Children's Trust of South Carolina is now accepting applications from qualified organizations in Lexington, Richland and York Counties to implement the Strengthening Families Program (SFP).
This is a unique opportunity to bring an evidence-based program to your community, one that supports families and serves families with real, measurable outcomes.
Eligible organizations must:
- Demonstrate strong capacity and site readiness
- Implement programs with fidelity to the model
- Show a commitment to sustainability
- Collect and report data and outcomes
Children's Trust will provide funding, training on model fidelity, technical assistance and coaching, program resources, data and evaluation support, and a connection to other SFP providers in South Carolina.
