Overview

In preparation for the 2026 conference, Children’s Trust is seeking proposals from qualified project or event management consultants to support the full scope of planning and coordination. The selected consultant will serve as the project manager, responsible for guiding the internal planning team, maintaining accountability across departments, and ensuring that all conference components move forward on schedule and within budget.

The consultant’s responsibilities will span a wide range of activities, including facilitating planning meetings, tracking decisions, managing timelines and milestones, and maintaining awareness of the overall conference budget. The consultant will also monitor key deadlines related to registration, sponsorships and exhibitors and other critical elements that contribute to the conference’s reach and impact.

How to Submit

All proposals must be submitted to Kayce Singletary by 11.59 p.m. on Monday, March 9, 2026. Select respondents may be asked to participate in an interview as part of the selection process. All respondents will be notified of the decision by Monday, March 16, with immediate implementation following contract execution. Questions may be submitted via email to ksingletary@scchildren.org.
