Children’s Trust of South Carolina Relaunches It’s Website to Better Serve Families, Partners and Supporters

Children’s Trust of South Carolina recently unveiled the redesigned scChildren.org, a modern platform built to better inform, engage, and mobilize the many partners and supporters working to prevent child abuse and neglect.

“The new website reflects our commitment to transparency, accessibility and impact,” said Bett Williams, chief communications officer at Children’s Trust. “With a cleaner design, stronger storytelling, and streamlined navigation, visitors can now more easily explore the full scope of our work, including evidence-based prevention programs, community partnerships, research and advocacy.”

The website was built in collaboration with Period Three, a Columbia-based web design studio. “We’re so honored to be part of the village that Children’s Trust is building to make South Carolina a vibrant place where young people can thrive. Our team poured our hearts and souls into the redesigned website to focus on visual storytelling, promote prevention, and support the mission of driving change to join the cause,” said Greg Hilton, co-founder and managing partner at Period Three.

The new website focuses on philanthropy in sustaining prevention efforts. The giving experience has been enhanced to attract a diverse range of donors, from monthly donors to those interested in making transformational gifts.

For partners in the prevention community, the redesigned site offers improved access to trainings, event information, grant opportunities, and implementation tools—ensuring the organizations we support have what they need to deliver effective, evidence-based services.
