How to install

Outlook (macOS): Outlook → Settings → Signatures → New → paste.

Outlook (Windows) IMPORTANT: To keep the formatting from the signature, you have to install using Outlook Webmail and not the desktop app. Click the gear icon (top right) → Account → Signatures… → Add Signature → paste.

Best practice (Outlook replies/forwards): Set Outlook to compose and reply/forward in HTML to preserve headshot circles and formatting.
