I am excited to see this program and messaging grow in the community that I live. The chance to have even a small part in ensuring that children are able to grow and live in homes and communities that are working towards a common message (positive parenting) and common goal (reduce child abuse and neglect) is very exciting.
Virginia is responsible for supporting countywide implementation of the evidence-based Positive Parenting Program (Triple P). She oversees Triple P initiatives in Greenville County and additional counties as program expansion continues. She leads workforce development activities that include coaching, consultation and technical assistance to Triple P service organizations, and she coordinates practitioner peer support.
Before joining Children’s Trust, she worked at Family Connection of South Carolina for five years, where for the last two years, she delivered Triple P Stepping Stones to families of children with special health care needs. With a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of South Carolina Upstate, she has dedicated her career to doing work in the area of child well-being, which included a stint as a guardian ad litem for several years.

Sky supports the implementation of the evidence-based Positive Parenting Program (Triple P) in South Carolina, overseeing Triple P initiatives in the Upstate region. She leads workforce development activities, including coaching, consultation and technical assistance to Triple P service organizations, and coordinating practitioner peer support.
Prior to joining Children’s Trust, Sky was a program officer for the South Carolina Service Commission at the United Way Association of South Carolina. There, she supported a portfolio of AmeriCorps Programs in South Carolina, offering training, monitoring and technical assistance to ensure funded organizations understood and complied with federal and state AmeriCorps requirements.
Sky, originally from Middlebury, Indiana, earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration and Chinese studies from Furman University.

Early childhood development is such a distinctive time to create positive relationships and experiences between parents and children. I am excited to be a part of something that ensures that children grow up in happy, healthy environments by working within my community toward a common goal.
Mariah is responsible for supporting countywide implementation of the evidence-based Positive Parenting Program (Triple P). She oversees Triple P initiatives in Georgetown County and additional counties as program expansion continues. She leads workforce development activities that include coaching, consultation and technical assistance to Triple P service organizations, and she coordinates practitioner peer support.
Prior to joining Children’s Trust, she served as the director of family services at Habitat for Humanity of Horry County for two years working with families completing the Home Buyer Program and current Habitat homeowners. A graduate of Coastal Carolina University with a bachelor’s degree in public health, she also previously worked as the wellness program manager at Catholic Charities Pee Dee.

Morgan Rabon

Morgan is responsible for supporting the Triple P South Carolina initiative through coordinating and administrating the Triple P South Carolina Network. She helps organize membership, coordinate training and support learning opportunities that facilitate connection and networking among members. Morgan also supports the administration of Triple P Online.
Before joining Children’s Trust, Morgan worked for the South Carolina Cancer Alliance, coordinating their marketing and communications efforts and managing the development and progress of the S.C. Cancer Plan, the official road map for the fight against cancer in the state. She has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Clemson University.
She is originally from Lugoff, South Carolina.
