Children’s Trust of South Carolina board member Christopher Hanson testified to the South Carolina Joint Citizens Committee on Children on September 12, 2023, at a Greenville public hearing during the committee’s annual tour.
Hanson, who serves as a partner at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP, testified to the committee on the need to expand voluntary home visiting services in South Carolina and provided information on the effectiveness of home visiting programs and how they continue to be an important investment for moms and their babies.
Hanson shares why he supports Children’s Trust’s mission statement: strengthening families, organizations and communities to prevent child abuse and neglect.
