Home visiting is powerful work — and it’s demanding work. This session, presented by Janet Nickell Horras, executive director at the Institute for Family Support Professionals, explores how home visitors, supervisors and program leaders can step into high-intensity situations with confidence while building the boundaries, resilience and systems that prevent burnout. Participants will leave with practical strategies to sustain their passion, protect their well-being, and strengthen the workforce from the inside out.
