Event information
Adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) can have profound effects on individuals and communities, contributing to long-term challenges such as poor health, difficulty in relationships, and even economic hardship. By better understanding ACEs, we can work together to improve outcomes for children and families and prevent future abuse.
This session is part one of three of our Understanding ACEs and Building Resilience training. Participants will learn about the history of ACEs, their impact in South Carolina, and how they are linked to long-term health and well-being. Attending all sessions is not required to participate.
