How to install

Outlook (macOS): Outlook → Settings → Signatures → New → paste.

Outlook (Windows): File → Options → Mail → Signatures… → New → paste.

Best practice (Outlook replies/forwards): Set Outlook to compose and reply/forward in HTML to preserve headshot circles and formatting.
