How to install (v1.0.8)
Outlook (macOS): Outlook → Settings → Signatures → New → (Command + V) to paste your formatted signature.
Outlook (Windows):
- Quit your Outlook desktop app and open Outlook in the web browser instead, preferrably Chrome.
- Then, click the "gear" icon at the top right of the browser.
- Now, click "Account" and click "Signatures". Click the button "Add Signature".
- Copy your signature using the "Copy Signature" button from the signature form and Paste your signature into this new signature field by using the keyboard shortcut, "Control + V". (If you paste any other way, the formatting will be lost).
- Name your Signature and click the "Save" button.
- Restart your Outlook app on your computer and you should see your new signature. If not, navigate to your signatures in the app and select your newly created signature.
Best practice (Outlook replies/forwards): Set Outlook to compose and reply/forward in HTML to preserve headshot circles and formatting.
