Workforce Development for Home Visiting Professionals

Overview
The Children’s Trust of South Carolina is a statewide nonprofit organization that works to strengthen families, organizations, and communities to prevent child abuse and neglect. The organization is seeking vendors for delivering and coordinating workforce development activities for early childhood home visiting providers:
- Deliver leadership development training and coaching for 25+ home visiting supervisors and administrators participating in South Carolina’s year-long Leadership Academy.
- Deliver relationship-building strategies for 87+ MIECHV home visiting staff participating in the family engagement Continuous Quality Improvement Collaborative.
Children’s Trust may secure one or more vendors to complete the work outlined in the following scope.

How to Submit
All proposals should be submitted by email to Cathy Ramage, director of home visiting by COB Friday, January 16th, 2026 at cramage@scchildren.org.
A confirmation receipt will be sent by email within 24 hours. If you do not receive confirmation, please call 803-744-4027. Any proposals received after the due date may not be considered.
