On Tuesday, the K-12 House Education subcommittee met and gave a favorable report to S. 299, which would include the South Carolina State Child Advocate on the Joint Citizens and Legislative Committee on Children. On Thursday, the bill passed the House and now goes to the Governor for signature. Thank you to all of the members of the General Assembly for passing this bill!
