On Wednesday, Lt. Governor Pamela Evette, Senator Katrina Shealy, and Senator Mike Reichenbach joined Children’s Trust of South Carolina at a press conference to encourage the expansion of voluntary home visiting programs in South Carolina through a financial investment of $250,000 in Children’s Trust, which would be matched 3:1 by the Federal government through the Maternal, Infant, Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV) grant.
