The Strengthening Families Program (SFP) is an evidence-based, family-strengthening prevention program for families to grow together and in community.

The 14-session program is geared toward families with children ages 6 to 11. It helps parents and caregivers improve parenting skills, develop positive discipline practices, stay resilient in tough times and reduce conflict. It assists children with social skills, relationships and school performance.

Children’s Trust supports the delivery of SFP across the state, including one of our funded partners, Growing Home Southeast, in York County, South Carolina.
