Making Connections Call (Maternal Health and Mental Health)
South Carolina has one of the highest maternal morbidity rates in the United States. Join us to explore two statewide (free!) programs working to lower the number of families impacted by this crisis. During this webinar, you will learn about H.E.A.R. 4 Mamas and Moms IMPACTT- two MUSC-based resources partnering with home visitors across the state to better support caregivers impacted by the maternal health and mental health crisis.
Walk away with the knowledge of how to refer families to both programs, as well as obtain support for yourself and your colleagues who are on the front lines supporting children and families across our state. There will be an opportunity to engage not only with the presenters through a Q&A, but also with fellow child- and family-serving professionals, so bring your questions, ideas and get ready to make connections in the field!
