The pinwheel is the national symbol for child abuse prevention, representing playfulness, joy and childhood, and supporting our organization’s vision where every child thrives.
Any color, brand or size of pinwheels works for Child Abuse Prevention Month. However, if you’d like to order pinwheels from Prevent Child Abuse America’s national pinwheel vendor, you can order them through the web store using the credentials below.

Community Leadership Grant Application
If your organization is leading CAP Month in your community, Children’s Trust has established a fund to support your work. Community Leadership Grants up to $1500 are available to help build awareness and engagement in your community to build stronger families and give children the opportunity to grow up safe, healthy and strong.
We encourage interested organizations to engage with other stakeholders in your community to coordinate and plan local CAP Month activities. We are looking for collaboration and geographic diversity across the state. Please only submit one application per community partnership as funding will be limited.
