Creating a tailored plan for a community

Understanding the Empower Action Model™

The Empower Action Model offers a framework for preventing child maltreatment and promoting well-being for all individuals through the intentional building of protective factors. The model helps address adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) by encouraging the implementation of protective factors in all facets of a child’s life.

The Empower Action model can help individuals, organizations, communities, and state leaders develop prevention plans of action.
